These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Unode website and any services we make available (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

1. Services

Unode provides cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, and IT consultancy. The specific scope, deliverables, fees, and service levels for paid engagements are defined in a separate written agreement or statement of work, which prevails over these Terms in case of conflict.

2. Use of the Website

• You may use the website for lawful purposes only.
• You agree not to disrupt, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or related systems.
• You will not misuse our contact forms (for example, to send spam or unlawful content).

3. Intellectual Property

The website, its content, the Unode name, and logo are owned by Unode or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our prior written consent. Deliverables produced under a signed agreement are governed by that agreement.

4. Acceptable Use

When using any operational Service, you agree not to use it to host or transmit malicious code, infringe third-party rights, or violate applicable law. We may suspend access where necessary to protect the integrity or security of the Services.

5. Fees & Payment

Fees for paid engagements are set out in the applicable agreement and are due as specified there. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for.

6. Confidentiality

Each party may receive confidential information from the other. Both parties agree to protect such information and use it only to perform under the relevant agreement.

7. Disclaimers

The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Warranties and service levels for paid Services, if any, are set out in the applicable agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unode will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. Liability relating to paid Services is governed by the applicable agreement.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the website at any time if you breach these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Unode, Inc. is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
